Because we're a small handmade business and each order is prepared especially for you, we currently do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly encourage you to read the product description carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you make your purchase.

Each handmade piece is unique, so slight variations in colour, size, shape, or stitch details are natural and are part of what makes every creation special.

​Refunds

 

​We do not offer refunds on completed orders.

If you receive an incorrect item, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.

When reaching out, please share:

• Your order number

• A clear unboxing video of the package being opened

• Photos of the product, if requested

 

We'll carefully review the details and do our best to resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.

Cancellations
